How schools pay

Pay the way your school already pays.

All payment happens here on the website. The app never shows prices.

Card

Pay online by debit or credit card.

Bacs Direct Debit

Set up a yearly Direct Debit from the school account.

Invoice with a purchase order

30-day terms, paid by bank transfer. Schools paying by invoice are switched on as soon as the purchase order arrives.

Online checkout opens with the app launch. Until then, every school starts with a free pilot term. Need a quote or want to raise a purchase order now? Request a quote or email hello@allergyledger.co.uk.
How it works

From sign-up to every phone.

  • The school signs up and pays on the website
  • The school invites its staff and parents
  • Everyone downloads the free Allergy Ledger app (iPhone, iPad and Android) and signs in
Please readAllergy Ledger helps your school record and follow its own allergy procedures. It does not give medical advice and does not replace staff training, the pupil's Allergy Action Plan or Individual Healthcare Plan, or the advice of a healthcare professional. In an emergency always follow the pupil's plan and call 999. Emergency steps shown in the app are reproduced from official UK government guidance. Information is only as accurate as what your school and parents enter.
What happens at the end of the pilot term?

You choose whether to subscribe. If you don't, nothing is charged, because no card is taken for the pilot.

Can independent schools subscribe?

Yes. The law doesn't cover independent schools yet, but the DfE guidance is good practice for every school, and the same prices apply.

How do the discounts combine?

Tell us your situation and we'll confirm your exact price in writing before you commit.
